Suggested change to bloodshield

[:1]First off, let me say that I love my dk tank, and wouldn't trade it for any other tank class if I had the opportunity.

That being said, given the nature of the mechanics of deathstrike, it can lead to some degree of spikiness when comparing to tanks that can reach full combat table coverage.

So I had an idea, when you death-strike and create a blood shield, instead of having the next attack potentially eat the full blood shield, cap how much any single attack can be absorbed by (say 50%).

for example: I death-strike to heal myself for 100k and create a 100k shield; how it works now, if a boss were to hit me with a 100k attack after that, It would then eat the full shield and i would take no damage.

My proposal would have that 100k attack eat 50k out of my shield, and I take 50k damage, leaving 50k left in the shield.

Given that blood shields are capped out at max health, this wouldn't be too overpowered, and still puts survivability in the hands of the rotation.

obviously the specific percentage would be variable (30% would probably be more in line with block) but it would do a bit to help with spike damage on death knights.

I'm hoping enough people are suggesting similar things that this suggestion sinks in. It should be very simple to implement, doesn't change the overall tanking balance, and helps dramatically on the super-spikiness of DK tank at the moment.
One other way to reduce the damage we are taking is have a "Blood Armor" instead of "Blood Shield". Our armor and defense buff should reduce the damage intake before it hits our "Blood Shield". We do not have a shield and nor believe in that concept in lorewise lol, so why are we reducing the damage like a shield.

Here is an example of my suggestion

For example:(A simple one, not complex lol)
Current receiving damage
NPC throws a 50,000 melee damage hit
10,000 absorbed by blood shield
50% reduced by armor
DK takes 20,000 damage

My suggestion for receiving damage
NPC throws a 50,000 melee damage hit
50% is reduced by armor
10,000 is absorbed by blood shield
DK takes 15,000 damage

The mastery also should be renamed into Blood Armor for more sense. We aren't going to be super OP with this mechanic, infact we will be on the same level of steady damage intake compared warriors and pally.
