Does damage from Blood Tap break CC?

The title says it all. Does the damage from Blood Tap break CC that breaks on damage.
I'm guessing it does not but just trying to make sure :P
Break CC on yourself or others?

As the health reduction is on yourself, although you can have that removed by getting the Minor Glyph of Blood Tap. (Only "Beneficial" Minor Glyph)

(It costs the health to switch the Blood Rune to a Death Rune, so you're taking damage)
I meant cc on myself like blind and polymorph.
I doubt youd be able to use it since your cc'd.

Yeah, since you're CC'd, you can't use it.

You can't use it while cc. :C
Unholy Frenzy works. Blood Tap doesnt as its not a DoT
