Addon's for Disease tracking

Was wondering if anyone had an addon for tracking Disease's i have a nasty habit of letting my blood plague fall off, i have DDR but am wondering if theres one that will make a loud obnoxious noise any time it gets close to falling off until i'm able to train my self to keep it up 100% of the time.
i use magic runes it is a rune cooldown meter which can also show all your diseases and times until they run off i cant play without it anymore really easy to use and setup and looks great
Power Auras Classic can be configured to play a sound for that.

I have no clue about the quality of that, though.

Absolutely the BEST cooldown/buff/debuff/rune addon ever made. Its customization options are awesome, and allows binding to frames so that you can be extra precise in the placement of your icons/bars.

Its a little daunting setting it up at first, but once you get it going its the best. You can configure it to pop an icon above your head when Bloodplague is less then 4 seconds, plus flash, plus play a sound.

I've tried satrina's bff, tellmewhen, letmeknow, power auras, DDR and finally settled on raven.

Power Auras Classic can be configured to play a sound for that.

Only way to find out is to run it and see if it works, But yea its fairly bad that i have a 15% downtime on bosses where it should be 100%...../palm but the 1st step to fixing it is to admitting there's a problem to start with.

i'll play around with it before raid when server's come back up and see if it helps any, thanks again for the info guy's here's hoping i can break my badieknight habit of letting diseases fall off.
I use Power Auras Classic. If ever my target does not have either Blood Plague or Frost Fever on it, to the left or right of the runes you will see the icon for each of them respectively. When I apply it, the icon is replaced with a cog that has a timer placed over it that tells me the exact duration of how long until they fall off. Above my runes I have an icon for Outbreak that only shows when Outbreak is off cooldown.
Letting BP fall off is fine. Just don't OB when it's off.
Timer bar addons make my head asplode. If you're not into those things, download TellMeWhen and play with it. I have a small TMW bar under my Yury's RuneDisplay(also under my toon) and each icon represents a chunk of my RP that can used to cast Frost Strike. I have larger vertical TMW bars off to the sides of my toon that show my cooldowns on one side and my current target's FF and BP on the other side. You really can't beat clear, visible ticking numbers on reasonably large squarish icons. Your brain quickly becomes trained to recognize each icon slot w/o really thinking about it. There is no way in Hell that I can figure out 16 timer bars on the screen.
Got it worked out with power aura's it now yells loudly when the debuff falls off reminding me i'm a moron and need to reapply it (which is what my problem was was not noticing it was down for upwards of 15-30 seconds) thanks for all the help.
