I know it buffs 2H but I wanted to know if the the auto attack proc still benefits dual wield. Thank you and I apologize in advance if this is a no-brainer to some.
No, because the talent specifically says "When wielding a two-handed weapon..." at the start, meaning that you only get the bonuses associated with that talent when wielding a 2H weapon.
