Has anyone tested this spec yet? If so how are the turn outs. People have been saying that with the nerf to Oblit that HB HB PS PS HB HB FS spam is the way to go but it just seems that Oblit would do more dmg over all then PS HB spam.

You're supposed to outbreak then do oblit 3 times then RP dump...
From what I remember anyways.

shaodwfrost is way ahead for AoE with mastery stacking giving a significant increase to HB
