Blood DK Gemming re: Flag Carrying

Quick question regarding FC setup. Do most Blood DK gem for pure Resilience or Mastery for a FC build?
resil since mastery doesn't affect spell damage

resil beyond 4500ish is probably a waste and stam would become better
