Where do Death Knights get all their ghouls

Think about it there cant really be a dead body in every area..... or could there?
Well lets see, In all of Warcrafts history, there was the battle of the ancients, 3 Massive wars involving Orcs and Humans/Elves with the 3rd actually involving the scourge. A scourge invasion owning people, The now on going war with the Horde and Alliance, The argent crusade fighting against the undead, and now the Hippies of the world fighting against Smokey the bears greatest enemy, Things that are fire hazards... Now if you dont add in all the mindless slaugher caused in World PvP, Id say there would be atleast 5 Dead bodies under the ground everywhere in the world, 7-8 in Outlands, and atleast 100 in Northrend.

Lol...do you really wnna go back to the orignal way of summoning ghouls. Were you either spent 50s or had to have a dead body around....
