[:1]i have no idea why blizzard have done this is proves they nothing about their own classes haste is good for a dk, crit is good for a warrior so what do they do? put haste on the warrior boots and crit on the dk boots like seriously? are you stupid.

Blizz thinks we'd be aesthetically overpowered if they gave the better stats to the boots that matched our set.
