New Death Knight

I just finished my beginning area as a Death Knight, and as such, acquired ALL of my skills at the end. I couldn't find the trainer before, and since I did when I was level 58, I had a butt-load of new spells and skills to keep track of.

I speced as a Frost Death Knight, and I was just wondering:

1. What spells/diseases/skills do I need to keep track of, and which do I need to forget altogether?

2. Which is better: two-hand or duel-wield DKs?

Any help is appreciated greatly!
Anyone?
Herro?
If you want to be nit picky dual wield is slightly better because of more killing machine procs but I feel 2hand will be easier to find weps for. But thats just me.

As for spells, start with icy touch then plague strike. Then use blood strike I guess till you get Obliterate. When you get howling blast get the glyph for it and then replace icy touch at the start of the fight with it. Feel free to use it in your rotation too. When you get obliterate take blood strike off your action bars and use it instead, especially when KM procs. Frost strike when you have enough runic power stored.
As for abilities you don't need, never use festering strike, death strike, or rune strike. You can use pestilence to spread diseases after you apply them if your fighting a group, but blood boil does mediocre damage so use howling blast for aoe instead. Death and decay is only for aoe a large group. Death coil is only useful to heal your self when you use lichborne, if you spec into it (thats more a pvp thing).
