Blood DK Mastery Change

The rate of the shield is big enough when getting it from Death Strike, but I agree it just boring. The other thing about Blood Shield is the "easy come easy go" feeling when trying to build it up.

With your idea the Death Strike would still get the same amount of Blood Shield, but the others would get less. The benefits on the other abilities is that if you are with a trash mob then you can build up a bigger Blood Shield compared to using Death strike on them. Blood Strike on the other hand could be talent buffed to help build up the Blood Shield as Death Strike, but no heals. Blood Strike currently almost has no purpose for a DK anyway, so why not turn it into a benefit for fighting Raid bosses that many DKs are struggling with.

To add on to your idea, I would propose that the armor should reduce the damage first then blood shield asborb the remaining damages.

For example:(A simple one, not complex lol)
Current receiving damage
NPC throws a 50,000 melee damage hit
10,000 absorbed by blood shield
50% reduced by armor
DK takes 20,000 damage

My suggestion for receiving damage
NPC throws a 50,000 melee damage hit
50% is reduced by armor
10,000 is absorbed by blood shield
DK takes 15,000 damage

If it were like this then they can call the mastery Blood Armor instead of Blood Shield
